Abstract

Endometrial carcinoma (EC) is second common gynecological cancer worldwide. It represents 2.83% of female genital malignancy and 72.37% of uterine corpus malignancy according to Egyptian National Cancer Institute (NCI). Distinction between endometrial atypical hyperplasia (EAH) and EC has been controversial, with clinical impact.
