Abstract
再生障碍性贫血（AA）是一类以全血细胞减少、骨髓造血功能低下为特征的血液系统疾病，发病机制目前并不明确，传统观念认为AA为物理、化学或生物因素引起的造血组织"种子、虫子、土壤"异常、造血功能衰竭"综合征"。大量临床及基础研究显示AA患者T淋巴细胞、免疫调控细胞异常以及细胞因子风暴等免疫机制的异常在该病的发病中起到了重要的作用。.
