Abstract

Aim: Fracture by trauma is one of the most common type of dental injury in the permanent dentition. The purpose of this case report is to present the multidisciplinary management of a subgingival crownroot fracture in one patient. Summary: In this article we report one case of complicated crown-radicular fractures reattachment, in a traumatized maxillary permanent central incisor, which was treated with a novel method preserving coronal integrity after fiber post placement.
