Abstract

El presente trabajo, que se centra en la novela de Jean Echenoz Les grandes blondes (1995), desarrolla una triple vía de estudio anunciada ya por la polisemia del título. Por un lado, analiza el tributo que el escritor rinde a su amplia cultura literaria y cinematográfica mediante guiños intertextuales que, en este caso, reenvían directamente a la filmografía de Alfred Hitchcock. Por otro, estudia las transacciones fílmicolit rarias que sustentan un discurso novelesco de ritmo trepidante y tempo vertiginoso, regido por una voz narradora tan activa y puntillosa como irónica y mordaz. Por último, reflexiona sobre el vértigo que producen las imágenes de una sociedad deshumanizada, bajo el triple molde narrativo de la novela de aventuras, policíaca y sentimenta.
