Abstract
To solve the problem of the synchronous vibration caused by the imbalance of the rotor mass in the active magnetic bearing(AMB) rotor system, an auto-balancing adaptive control method due to the improved synchronous rotating frame(SRF) transformation is proposed. Firstly, the SRF transformation is designed considering rotor accelerations, and a low-pass filter is embedded into the SRF transformation to track the synchronous control current. In addition, an adaptive compensation coefficient is introduced in the SRF. Then the current induced unbalance force is feed-forward compensated so that the synchronous vibration is suppressed. Finally, simulation and experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness and performance of the proposed method.
