Abstract

The initial imbalance in circuits for connecting a dual-collector lateral npn-type bipolar magnetotransistor, formed in a well, is investigated experimentally. When choosing the connection circuit, the distribution of the electron flux injected from the emitter into the base-well, the substrate, and the collectors is taken into account as a function of the mode of operation and the action of the magnetic field. A reduction in the initial imbalance enables the relative value of the useful signal to be increased and also increases the sensitivity to the magnetic field.
