Abstract

Primary breast lymphoma(PBL)is a malignant tumor that initially presents in the extra lymphonode of mammary gland.The most common histologic subtype of PBL is the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, but there are other subtypes that are not common.The main imaging methods of PBL are ultrasound, X-ray mammography, CT, MRI, PET/CT and so on, and the majority of PBL are diagnosed by pathological biopsy.A comprehensive understanding of the pathological features of PBL, clinical staging characteristics and imaging features contributes to the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of PBL.
