Abstract
An 8-year-old boy presented to the emergency department with a sudden loss of vision in his painful hemorrhagic left eye caused by recreational skyrocket firework injury. Local examination revealed enophthalmos, corneal scleral perforation, prolapse of uvea (Figure 1, arrow), and hyphema (Figure 1, arrow heads). Axial computed tomography revealed scleral infolding (Figure 2, arrows).
