Abstract

Synovial diseases are common in the knee; they are a varied and heterogeneous group of cystic lesions, pseudo tumors and tumors. They are characterized by a slow clinical course explaining their delay in diagnosis. Conventional radiographs are not talking. MRI is the investigation of choice in the exploration of these conditions. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the contribution of imaging in the diagnosis, etiology and the therapeutic management of these synovial diseases.
