Abstract

According to the industrial CT image management system, the high precise segmentation of CT image fracture is a key technology, and it was researched in this paper. The industrial CT image management system can manage and process different industrial CT image intelligently. And it was applied in many areas such as automotive, military, national defense industry. Industrial CT image is the industrial computer tomography. In this system, the precise image segmentation algorithm of the fracture tracking trajectory is a difficult problem need to be solved. Traditionally, the tracking trajectory feature information cannot be extracted completely when the fracture surface is covered, resulted that the information is lost, and the next image detection is hard to be implemented. An improved industrial CT image segmentation algorithm of fracture tracking trajectory is proposed. The adaptive technology is used for the CT image segmentation computing. The fracture surface is fitted in high precision based on adaptive neural network. And the tracking trajectory is corrected, and the high precision and completion rate segmentation is realized. Simulation result shows that the coved image can be segmented effectively, and the segmentation completion rate is reached to 95%, which is much higher than the traditional algorithm as 78%. It shows that the algorithm has prospective application value, and it provides important technical support for the industrial CT image management system.
