Abstract
Extracranial stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is a high-precision radiotherapy for small size tumor, especially in lung tumor. Setup accuracy and exact tumor position are most important for successful SRS. This study evaluated the usefulness of kilo-voltage cone beam computed tomography (KV CBCT, Varian) for assessing setup accuracy and tumor position during SRS in lung tumor.
