Abstract
Image noise will degrade image quality and subsequent image processing will be affected.To eliminate noise while keeping image edge details,a new algorithm was proposed.It took full consideration of wavelet coefficients correlation using the phase invariance,and estimated the skeleton information in reference to morphology,and performed de-noising based on the selected congenial and irregular regions.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can keep details of images as well as reduce image noises.
