Venous stenting is indicated for significant venous outflow obstruction, post-thrombotic syndrome, and symptomatic deep venous thrombosis. Stent embolization is a rare complication of venous stenting, associated with arrhythmia, valvular compromise, and cardiac perforation.1,2
