Abstract
1 临床资料患者男,20岁.因突发脐周疼痛2h于2011年7月12日10点收入新疆维吾尔自治区疏附县人民医院.患者突发脐周疼痛,疼痛呈持续性,程度中等,无其他症状.体格检查:腹平软,仅脐周有压痛,无反跳痛,未触及包块,肠鸣音活跃,直肠指诊未发现异常.血常规:WBC 8.58×109/L;尿常规、血及尿淀粉酶、生化检查、腹部B超等检查均正常;腹部X线片检查:右季肋区和右腰区见轻度扩张充气结肠,左腰部小肠见液平面及扩张肠襻(图1).考虑为肠梗阻,梗阻部位待定.诊断为:急性肠梗阻.予以禁食、胃肠减压、灌肠、抗感染和支持治疗,灌肠时液体进入不多.14点复查腹部X线片:原右腰区充气结肠消失,左腰区见一扩张肠襻,有较多内容物(图2). 关键词：乙状结肠扭转;回肠;治疗
