Williams Dr. Williams has been working at IIASA on the impact of energy systems on climate. She received her Ph.D. in Geography (Atmospheric Sciences) from the University of Colorado in 1974. His work focuses on decision theoretic analyses of environmental management problems and standard setting procedures.
