Abstract
The Seventh Session of the Coordinating Council approved the post‐Decade International Hydrological Program (IHP) presented by an ad hoc Working Group of eight member nations and suggested that a Council, similar to the existing one, be initiated to implement the IHP, starting on January 1, 1975.In addition, the Council passed nine resolutions dealing with its Working Groups, and one each concerned with its enlarged membership, the preparation of a history of the IHD, the intensification of regional coordination among National Committees, and the need for greater support for technical assistance missions.
