Immunoglobulin IgY, which is produced by chicken, reptiles and amphibians, has attracted the interest ominously in scientific community due to its unique properties and wider applicability. Moreover, IgY production in chicken favours reduced use of lab animals and is in complete concordance to animal welfare.
