Abstract
IgG4 antibodies to cow’s milk proteins (CMP) are often elevated in patients with eosinophilic esophagitis; however, ∼20% of children in an unselected birth cohort also had > 10μg/mL to at least one major CMP (“High-sIgG4”). Here we assessed IgG4 to CMP in adults recruited into a vaccine study and explored factors associated with High-sIgG4.
