Abstract
Mikulicz病は，新たな疾患概念であるIgG4関連涙腺・唾液腺炎（IgG4-DS）に属することが近年明らかにされた。今回われわれは小唾液腺腫脹を伴いIgG4-DSと診断した1例を経験した。症例は26歳女性で口唇腺，顎下腺，涙腺の両側性腫脹を主訴に受診した。口唇腺生検でのIgG4陽性形質細胞浸潤，血清IgG4高値，自己免疫性膵炎合併よりIgG4-DSと診断した。本疾患では小唾液腺腫脹を伴う症例もあり，腺腫脹を有する症例の鑑別では注意すべき疾患の一つと考えられた。
