Abstract

Students learn and practice project management at various stages of their studies. In mechanical engineering, there is now an increasing focus on agile project management. At the same time, digitization brings digital tools that development teams use to work together over distances. Especially in the pandemic age, companies rely heavily on virtual collaboration. Therefore, engineers must be prepared during their studies to work independently in agile, digital and self-reliant teams. This publication uses the example of two lectures to show how this goal can be achieved.
