Abstract

To achieve its declared target of training all employees in the principles, tools and techniques of Total Quality, British Steel, General Steels, Teesside Works recognized the need for a highly trained facilitator resource. This paper describes not only the process of training facilitators but also explores the feelings of those involved in the initial training and workshop presentation.
