Abstract
There are non-linear and changeable elements affecting idle speed of gasoline engines, so it is difficult to set up accurate mathematic model. This paper presents the fuzzy neural method for idle speed control of engines, by which BP neural network model is set up. The experimental result shows FNNC can perform excellent control effect, good robustness and improvement of idle running quality of engines.
