In this article, we report the case of a 44-years-old man with no particular history, who presents to the emergency room for stopping materials and gases, an abdomino-pelvic calculated tomography injected confirms the diagnosis of an intestinal obstruction consecutive to idiopathic sclerosing encapsulating peritonitis.
