Abstract
Objective: Idiopathic orbital inflammation (IOI) is a benign inflammatory process usually confined to the orbit, with preponderance for extraorbital extension (EOE). We describe a case of IOI with possible extension to the parotid gland, a presentation yet to be reported in the literature.
