Abstract

A case of idiopathic pulmonary artery dilatation with congenital pulmonic insufficiency is presented. The diagnosis of congenital pulmonary regurgitation is discussed, and the atypical features of the diastolic murmur are emphasized. The diagnosis can be confirmed at right heart catheterization. The long-term prognosis of this condition is still unknown.
