Abstract
As we know, the building of communism in our country means the solution of three dialectically interrelated and reciprocally conditioned problems: the creation of an adequate material and technological foundation, the formation of communist social relations, and the rearing of the new man. At the same time, the pattern of the formation of the highest phase of communism is such that all these problems are resolved not sequentially but simultaneously, as a complex.
