Abstract

The aim of this study has been identifying supply-side effective factors on Demand for Iranian Fashion. The presented question has been that if supply-side factors have effect on demand of Iranian Fashion. Identified factors are market structure, related factors to creative industries and fashion life cycle. Research has been applicable in terms of aim. Sample size has been 96 women. Data have been analyzed by descriptive statistics through SPSS software. Results have indicated that more percentage of sample size say welcome to fashion competitive market more than its monopoly market. It means that fashion has prestigious value for them and is considered as “conspicuous consumption”. Dress mass production, being as a brand and its design creativity has remarkable importance in demand. Female dress applicants demand for custom, classic, fast and fad fashion respectively.
