Therefore, the many human characters and the continuous existence of differences of any kind between the individuals of a society led to the birth of the concept of hate crime. The internal motive of this criminal activity is given by the motive of the deed, which is the one on which the feeling of hatred takes shape in the mind of the author of the deed.
