Abstract
This paper presents an approach to the learning stage of The Fundacion Universitaria Tecnologico Comfenalco through the application of the methodology described in the article “Is Yours a Learning Organization?” proposed by Garvin et al, in a study developed by Harvard University 2008, which showed the tool “Learning organization survey”. This methodology, involves the analysis of three building blocks required to generate a learning organization: 1. A supportive environment, 2. Concrete learning processes and practices, and 3. Leadership that reinforces learning, in order to apply the tool, and in this way, determine the extent to which each organizational level is performing into each of the corresponding building blocks.
