Abstract

The paper presents an algorithm identify the process of dehydration and granulation of fertilizers in the fluidized bed in the preparation of the granular product specified particulate composition. The growth of human needs for food producers poses requirements to improve the yield of major crops. To achieve this, the agricultural sector must be active use of various types of fertilizers of the new generation. Fertilizers modified essential mineral and organic impurities from the most appropriate given the properties obtained by dehydration and granulation in a fluidized bed apparatus . A mathematical model of the process of dehydration and fluid bed granulation . The conditions characterized by steady kinetics of granules bezretsiklovogo continuous process with increasing mass fraction of granules of a given diameter by 40 %.
