Abstract

This paper describes the extension of MOESP (standing for multivariable output error state space model identification schemes as introduced in Verhaegen, et.al, 1992) family of algorithms to identify periodically time-varying linear systems and LTI mixed causal and anti-causal systems. The latter class of generalized state space systems include descriptor systems. The identification scheme to identify periodically time-varying systems is applied to multi-rate sampled data systems.
