Abstract

Blawan-Ijen area is an area that has geothermal potency which is marked by manifests i.e hot springs. The hot springs are located around the river which is assumed to be a fault line. The gravity method using GGMplus data can be used to identify the faults based on variations in the gravitational field. The use of SVD analysis on CBA data can clarify the existence of faults and also be able to determine the type of faults. The results of GGMPlus gravity disturbance data processing obtained CBA contour map and successfully map Pedati fault with gravity anomaly 30-110 mGal and Blawan fault with gravity anomaly 90-110 mGal. Whereas the contour map resulting from SVD processing using the Elkin filter succeeded in identifying the location of the Pedati fault, Blawan fault, Jampit fault, Rante fault, and Kendeng Merapi fault. All of the identified faults are normal faults type.
