Abstract The paper considers the task of operational management of groupage cargo transportation by road. The organization of groupage cargo transportation in real practice is carried out on the base of a-priori compiled truck flight schedule. The task of operational management is considered as adaptive correction of the cargo transportation schedule according to the current situation
