Abstract

We discuss three aspects of estimation for a class of nonlinear parameter estimation problems: identifiability, interval bounds for nonidentifiable parameters, and a linear algebraic estimation algorithm which is not iterative. The discussion is motivated by fluorescence decay analysis and a liver tracer model
