Abstract

The efficiency of the distribution networks operation is mainly determined by the losses of electricity. Despite the active and widespread introduction of new digital technologies, in the form of AMR software and hardware, losses by now remain quite high. In particular, they are more than 12% in average in Kyrgyzstan, and in Russia - more than 10% of the total volume of electricity supplied to the inputs of the distribution networks. This is due, for example, to the fact that in modern AMR systems, the tasks of commercial metering of electricity are mainly solved, and the tasks of identification and operational monitoring of power and electricity losses in the distribution network are practically not solved. The article proposes a methodological and algorithmic basis for identification of technical and commercial power losses in the distribution networks in real time mode. A brief description of the structure of the software complex of the corresponding subsystem is given.
