Abstract
Since 1999, the Construction sector in Kosovo has followed a great development and is considered an important sector of economic development, where we now have more than 3400 Construction companies operating in Kosovo. In the construction sector in Kosovo, whether in the public or private sector, there are delays and non-compliance with the dynamic plans approved in the implementation of contracted projects. Delays in implementing various projects directly affect the Kosovo economy in general. During this research are analyzed 128 questionnaires realized by various construction companies that operate in different municipalities of Kosovo and carry out various construction works.
