Abstract
To prevent underground blasting accidents, fault tree analysis (FTA), a method for identifying and evaluating hazard in safety theory, is used to throughly analyze underground blasting technology. With calculating the minimum cut set and path set, causes of blasting accidents are determined. And corresponding preventions are formulated.
