Abstract

This paper analyzes the distribution of the geosynchronous objects, and establishes a Nth cosine scattering model based on the scattering character of the space objects, and then deduces the brightness magnitude model of objects at the observer. This paper analyzes the sun-object-observer phase angle and the object's attitude how to influence the object's luminosity feature, and achieves the identification of geosynchronous objects with the space-based photometric data. Simulation examples show that the method can effectively discriminate the working satellites from the disabled satellites, and achieve identification of discriminating the space object's body structure within a space object class.
