Abstract
Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is technically challenging in patients with Roux-en y gastric bypass (RYGB) due to altered anatomy. Current techniques either have a low success rate, are invasive, associated with high cost, or have an unclear long-term safety profile. The main aim of our study is to compare the procedural and clinical outcomes of four ERCP techniques in RYGB patients.
