Abstract

Background and aims: Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for colorectal lesion is widely performed, and post-ESD coagulation syndrome (PECS) which causes abdominal pain, can reportedly occur in 10% after ESD. In this multicenter RCT, we evaluated the performance of perioperative antibiotics for PECS in the patients who undergo colorectal ESD.
