Abstract
An ongoing, prospective, multi-center, post-market, open-label clinical study was initiated in the US to evaluate a battery-free SCS system (Nalu Medical Inc., Carlsbad, CA), with a micro implantable pulse generator (mIPG) in the treatment of intractable chronic pain in subjects with leg(s) and/or back pain. The system, with its ultra-long pulse width, delivers various therapy options including tonic, novel pulsed stimulation pattern, current steering, burst waveforms, multi-area programs, layered programs, scheduled therapy and combination and paired therapies.
