Abstract
Background: In a recent prospective clinical study of pulse-dosed (PD) 10 kHz spinal cord stimulation (SCS), a plurality of subjects responded to 3% (20 seconds ON and 10 minutes OFF) pulse dosing [1]. Since 3% was the lowest setting studied, we hypothesized that many subjects may achieve good pain relief at even lower pulse dose settings.
