Abstract
Dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation for neuropathic pain has been designed for percutaneous placement and many implanters utilize awake testing to confirm absence of motor root stimulation at low thresholds. We review our IONM protocol for open laminectomy DRG lead placement under general anesthesia.
