Abstract

There is high level evidence for the treatment of chronic lower limb radiculopathy with spinal cord stimulation (1). Although the rates of complications including lead migration and infection in SCS trials are well described in the literature (2), there are few published reports of new onset of severe pain caused by these trials and no reports of such pain being treated by re-programming of the device.
