Abstract
31-year-old male admitted with gunshots to bilateral lower extremities. He sustained right femur fracture, underwent open reduction/internal fixation and nailing. His hospitalization was complicated by compartment syndrome status-post bilateral fasciotomy and by infection, requiring multiple incision and drainage. Additionally, he developed left foot drop, and electromyography (EMG) showed sciatic nerve neuropathy affecting the tibial and peroneal division.
