Abstract

Intrathecal (IT) catheters for chronic infusion may be placed at any level within the spinal subarachnoid space. Effects of catheter position on therapy effectiveness and safety for approved and new indications is important. Unfortunately, optimal delivery location of intrathecal drugs such as baclofen (ITB) has not been defined systematically.
