Abstract

The use of interspinous spacers, a less invasive treatment option for patients with moderate Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (LSS), has been increasingly adopted over the past few years. Clinical outcomes in a randomized controlled trial with long-term follow-up to 5-years suggested high overall improvement and low reoperation rate with the use of interspinous spacers.1 Here, we report reoperation rates of an ongoing real-world, prospective, multicenter study of patients using an interspinous spacer for LSS.
