Pain management doctors are limited in their treatment options of the underlying cause of degenerative spinal stenosis and thus turn to neuromodulation. This study explores the use of an interspinous interlaminar fixation device to treat spinal stenosis in patients who have failed neuromodulation using spinal cord stimulators (SCS) align laterally displaced spinous processes.
