Abstract

Patient is a female with complaints of left foot/ankle pain. She suffered a MVA several years ago and has had multiple foot surgeries since then. Pain is constant, throbbing, and aching in nature. She endorsed paraesthesias as well. Pain was worse with prolonged standing and cold weather. She also endorsed some left lower extremity weakness and numbness. Her history and symptoms were consistent with CRPS. She had been on Fentanyl 50mcg patch and oxycodone 10mg with some pain relief. She continued to have pain despite medications (TCA, SNRI, opioids), physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, steroid injections, SNB all with minimal relief.
