Abstract
Cervical sSCS has proven efficacy in treatment of chronic intractable pain syndromes such as neuropathic arm pain and neck pain. High cervical spinal cord stimulator above the level of C2 will also stimulate the nucleus caudalis portion of the spinal trigeminal nucleus. Implantation of the lead stimulator above C1 level will help control occipital neuralgia.
